This is the ONLY knife we’ve used regularly that we've never been able to break or needed to sharpen. It is indestructible. We also like the fact that since it is all stainless there are fewer places for bacteria to hide and grow. It's like a surgical tool. Precise. We love how it feels in our hands too. The extension on the bottom is great for leverage with your thumb and forefinger.
