Join us as for the 5th Anniversary of the day we declared to be THE RIGHT DAY to experience oysters of all kinds. We created this annual event to showcase the broadest array of oyster species and varieties at the best time of the year (in the N. Hemisphere, anyway). Anyone who knows oysters KNOWS that this is a MUCH better time of the year to introduce the bi-valve curious to oysters than Aug 5 (National Oyster Day).

This year we’ll once again host an intimate affair with our friends at Northern Grade. This year we will gather at their Brooklyn Holiday Market located in the new Empire Stores in DUMBO.
Shop among several vendors offering hundreds of beautiful American made products as you slurp some ultra-premium East & West Coast Oysters featured in our 12 DAYS OF OYSTERS blog post.
The oysters will be paired with Brooklyn Gin and Brooklyn Beer. Shop. Slurp. Learn to shuck. Meet other oyster lovers. And figure out which oysters you should order direct for the holidays. Oh, and take care of some holiday gift shopping at the same time.
